Dada la escasez de recursos y medios, esta Oficina no dispone de presupuesto para la remuneración de estos trabajos.

La solicitud de ayuda debe hacerse mediante el envío de una propuesta en la que debe figurar la siguiente información:

 

1.    Descripción del proyecto

2.    Datos de la persona de contacto

3.    Presupuesto total

4.    Descripción de  la cofinanciación por otras entidades públicas o privadas

5.    Ayuda que se solicita

6.    Repercusión que se espera

7.  Confirmación del sitio donde se va a realizar la actividad y fecha

La Oficina para Asuntos Culturales y Científicos de la Embajada de España en Londres apoya iniciativas para la difusión de la cultura y ciencia españolas, tales como artes visuales, música, literatura, teatro, danza, cine, organización de seminarios científicos, etc., que organicen instituciones británicas o españolas y que tengan lugar en el Reino Unido de la Gran Bretaña e Irlanda del Norte. El apoyo puede ser financiero o institucional que implica la promoción y divulgación de eventos culturales que tengan relación con nuestra cultura. 

¿Ofrece la Oficina para Asuntos Culturales y Científicos ayuda para la organización de actividades culturales y científicas?

La Oficina para Asuntos Culturales y Científicos de la Embajada de España en Londres, no dispone de recursos humanos ni económicos para actuar de agente de artistas,  grupos musicales o de teatro, pintores, escultores, etc., que deseen realizar actividades culturales en este país. No obstante, esta Oficina puede facilitar orientación o listados de salas de conciertos, de galerías de arte comerciales, de agentes musicales, etc.

The Office for Cultural and Scientific Affairs at the Embassy of Spain in London receives numerous requests for internships or volunteer work by young people of all nationalities. Given the scarcity of resources, this Office does not have a budget to remunerate practices.
