Flamenco: Desde el Silencio

La Tipica is a contemporary flamenco company formed in London in 2008. It is an international collaboration between the guitarist and composer Jorge Bravo, the dancer Natalia Garcia-Huidobro, singer Ulises Diaz, percussionist Demi Garcia, and English violinist Meg Hamilton.

The company presents “Desde el Silencio”, a work that intends to show the journey through moments of intimacy. In this work, La Tipica uses a contemporary flamenco language greatly influenced by both contemporary dance and jazz.
